Leadership Team

Joe Ausikaitis, CEO is a former Vice President and General Manager and Executive Officer of UOP. He began his career with Praxair of Union Carbide. During his R & D career he held positions in applications development, design technical service, field technical service, and R&D management. He has proven global market leadership in China and Japan growing sales to more than 45MM combined.

He earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts where he also played NCAA Division I baseball. He then earned a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. He completed the Advanced Executive Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is a former Program Chairman of the AIChE, a founding director of the International Adsorption Society, and a co-inventor on four U.S. patents.

Kevin Drumm, President is a new technology commercialization expert with 20 years experience in the Process Industries. He has experience in process design for the refining, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, with key areas of technical competence in separations, catalysis and thermal systems. His experience includes management and engineering consulting, commercialization, international business growth, executive strategy and management support for several startup companies. He received his Masters in Business Administration at University of Notre Dame and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering.

Jon Bill, Vice President of Technology & Engineering has over 20 years experience as a project manager and plant engineer in pharmaceutical manufacturing and chemical industry. He has extensive experience with parenterals manufacturing, WFI and water purification systems, fermentation and purification, and solid dosage among other related technologies. He received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and his M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is a registered professional engineer in several states.
