The commissioning and startup of a new production facility is a uniquely challenging time. DEI considers safety paramount in all activities. Prior to beginning any of these efforts, a complete pre-start-up safety review must be completed and any identified corrective actions must be implemented. The review includes items such as leak checks, instrument verifications, emergency shutdown procedures and other hazard identification and management concerns.
