DEI plant design and expertise in commissioning allows DEI to have a plant operating at capacity making a product within 90 days of mechanical completion. DEI is able to accomplish this through implementing features in the plant design during basic engineering and detailed design which through our experience minimize potential contamination zones. Experience in construction and commissioning makes this all possible, insuring the mechanical system is free from moisture, metal contaminants and other impurities. Since a 5,000 MTA Polysilicon plant will lose $1 Million in revenues for each day the plant is off-line, the benefits provided by DEI’s 100+ years of combined Polysilicon production experience is invaluable to our clients.
