DEI knows that part of providing excellent services is having experienced employees who know the process well. They have practical field experience and design experience as a result of their operations and field work and years in their respective industries.

We have an expert engineering team with extensive experience in poly plant engineering design, plant construction and expansion, operation, plant start-up and operation.

• Over 30 years experience of polysilicon related project engineering design
• Over 30 years experience of polysilicon related plant operations.
• Training in plant operations.

Our team consists of experts who have completed work for major companies such as Dow Corning, Degussa, MEMC, Mitsubishi and Shunda. Their expertise includes silanes, waste management, clean rooms, and specialty chemicals. Additionally, DEI wants to ensure that you have confidence in our team and know we are committed to providing outstanding service. Hence, we have several on staff with silane, waste purification, and distillation experience including the world-renowned silane expert, Dr. Kuyen Li. He has over 80 publications.
